Herald reporter Hannah Wood is dancing on the sand: living, studying and working in Brazil for six months on a Rotary International scholarship. Sponsored by Devon and Cornwall Rotary District she is in Rio de Janeiro where she is studying Portuguese, reporting and working with Rotary clubs to forge links with Plymouth.
